Dear Lolly and Family: Susan and I are so sorry to hear of Bob's death. His cheerful manner and positive attitude were always present when he came to mass at St Joseph's church in Jaffray during the spring and summer when he resided at Rosen Lake . We will miss his ever present sense of humour and the happiness that he spread to those around him. May he rest in Peace.
Susan and Peter Caws.

In 1972 Bob gave me a job, which gave me the esteem and security which allowed me to
establish myself again at the exact time I needed it most. That beginning allowed me to raise my girls and be proud to call CBK home. It really was the start of where I am today.
I had talked to him in the last 2 years and got an invite to the weekly coffee at ABC on thursday I think. I didn't know it but in reflection too parts of the conversation I suspect he was sick then. I am in CBK a lot but it just never happened to be on a thursday. It would have been a fun visit with a class act. thanks bob you will be missed r gates

Our deepest condolences to Lolly and the Hockley family. Bob was a great man, I will always be grateful for his kindness and support. Bob was someone who was always willing to help others, hands down. He had the ability to turn a bad day into a good one just by flashing that contagious smile. My husband and I worked for Bob many years ago, and he always treated us like we were part of the family. You will be missed by so many Bobby. Adam and Jennie Taylor

Our thoughts and prayers are with you all. Bob was one of the original bottle depots in 1994/1995 that was set up as a province wide network of bottle depots created with Encorp Pacific; of which now we have 173 depots across the province under the Return-It brand.
From having a successful bottle depot, Bob also provided processing and transportation services through his company Skyway.
Bob has been instrumental in seeing the vision some 20 years ago on how the collection and recycling of beverage containers evolved to what it is today. Bob has been a great supporter and ambassador to Encorp for which we are very appreciative of and we will truly miss him. He is man with great honor, respect and integrity.

I am so sad to hear of Bob's passing. He was always one of the most peasant people I have known The only complaint I ever heard from him was when he would tell my Dad (who was referee for hockey) that he was as blind as a bat when he made a call he didn't like but he always smiled after that. My Dad and him can get together up there somewhere and discuss those calls again. I know everyone will miss him a great deal as I know that I will.

My grandpa was such a whole hearted person. He never did anything half way, he gave every day 100%.
He respected others and in turn was greatly respected, he loved whole heartedly and in return was loved so greatly and so deeply.
His sense of humour was contagious. When he was around everyone around him was usually smiling and laughing.
I could not be more proud to be apart of such a courageous, strong willed, and compassionate man. The legacy he leaves behind within each and every one of us is a gift. I will forever hold him in my heart and practice all the lessons he has taught me. If I can be half the person he was I know I am doing something right.
Grandpa you will be missed by all and cherished by many.
Thank you for all that were and everything you will forever stand for.

With a very heavy heart I write this memory! Even through my sadness all I can think about is Uncle Bob's smile and him joking! He always made me laugh! No matter what he said, he would always joke - somewhere through the conversation! He always extended his welcome! His sincerity showed and he was so pleased when we went to visit him! He made it possible for his nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and family to get to know each other and spend time together at his lake property. When i left, his last words were always, you come back whenever you want to come, there is always a place for you! He would take my hands in his and say if you need anything, anything at all you call me!! I can still feel his hands! You are now in Gods hands! We all know what an amazing man he was, he extended his love, generosity, kindness, and caring far beyond his family! His love for my Aunty Lolly and his family was always evident. Such a special man who made the world a better place! You will be missed by many. I have very special memories that I will hold dear to my heart! I was very fortunate to see you last week, and you were still smiling, and you still gripped my hand...
My family and I were blessed to have you in our lives!
Rest in peace Uncle Bob!
Love from the Podrasky's!
