When I think of Pat the words warm, loving, kind, caring, thoughtful, fun and generous are the ones that come to mind first. When she greeted you it was always with her beautiful friendly smile. She always spoke with love and pride for her daughter Corine, son in law Rick and her three beautiful granddaughters, Kerisa, Jessica and Natalie. Pat was my mother Jackie's long time friend and neighbor. I'll remember Pat with fondness for her friendly smile and kind words and waves when we arrived in for a visit to my mom's house. She loved children and once invited us over on Christmas eve for snacks. My son Joseph was about six years old at the time. Well, who do you think rang the doorbell that night? Santa Claus himself with a sack full of presents! Pat had many friends and family in Cranbrook. I'll always wonder if that was a friend of Pats or the real deal. LOL. Sonia and Joseph Taylor XOXOX

The day we met at coffee was indeed my lucky day. To meet someone as wonderful as you, we enjoyed our times together. Volunteering together at the Key City, Telus Ambassadors, we made hundreds of sandwichs for seniors days always with much laughter. We had many memorable rounds of golf, lunches after. We could confide in each other shared tears and laughter, we always knew we were there for each other. My beautiful friend with a hearty laugh who had a beautiful warm smile , I will miss you, we will meet again one day and we will get that hole in one. Until then rest in peace in your beautiful home where there is no pain only sunshine and happiness. Your friend forever, Betty.
