George was one of the first people my husband met when we came to Cranbrook, and he remained a friend. Mike said he learned more about Cranbrook from George than from anybody else. My sympathies are with all of your family; it will be hard to get used to George not being around. Goodbye to a kind man, good citizen, and one always a pleasure to meet and talk to. Anne Edwards.

I met George when I joined Gyros two years ago. He was so kind and welcoming to me as a newcomer. I enjoyed the time I spent with him and thank him for sharing his stories and fellowship with me. I am lucky to have met him.

First met George at Sunshine Pontiac. I later had the good fortune to be his next door neighbor for many years and enjoyed the daily chats, and feel lucky to have known him. You would be hard pressed to meet a friendlier , more sincere person than George. My sympathies to the Pelton family. Mark Ward
