Obituary of Mildred Fay Brewer

1918 - 2010

It is with great sorrow that the family of Mildred Fay Brewer announces her passing on Saturday, May 8, 2010 in Cranbrook, British Columbia.

Mildred was born on April 29, 1918. She loved to knit, was a great cook and divine baker. She held total devotion to her family and her faith. She was true to God, her family and herself. Mildred was a gracious. loving and giving person and she will be truly missed.

Mildred is survived by her 2 daughters: Marilyn (Dennis) Munro, Jen (Ron) Currie; her 2 sons: Dennis (Irma) Brewer, Garry (Maureen) Brewer; 8 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband Wesley; 2 grandchildren: Jason and Megan and 1 great grandchild Kaden.

A memorial service for Mildred will be held on Monday, May 17, 2010 at 1:00 pm at the First Baptist Church in Cranbrook. Her Interment will be in Westlawn Cemetery. Those wishing to make a memorial contribution in honour of Mildred may do so to the charity of their choosing.
