I was so sad to hear of A. Beth's passing. It was very nice to see her in February, and although she was in hospital she was looked great - still as spunky and out spoken as always. She was so appreciative of the visit, and very gracious. She was a lovely and generous person. To many she will be remembered as a friend, a bridge partner, a club or church member, and an active and well known citizen in Cranbrook. To me she will be remembered as a dedicated and strong parent, especially to son Billy. She was a generous and kind individual who was passionate about her beliefs, and she was kind and generous to all who knew her. She always remembered family and friends at important times in their lives - whether it be a graduation, a first communion, baptizing, wedding, or birth of a child. I have several hand made outfits that I treasured for each of my children. To Jane-Anne, Donald and their familes, my deepest sympathy for a very hard year in your lives. Take care.

Dear Don and Jane Ann,We were saddened to hear of your mom's passing when Marianne was visiting us last week here in the Southern California desert. We are so sorry for your loss. Your mom had an indomitable spirit in spite of life's challenges. She was always impeccably groomed and dressed, and had such a beautiful smile. Both your folks were so involved in community activities. With their passing it is like the torch is being passed to our generation. They were good teachers that we need to emulate. Our sympathy and condolences,Bob and Susan Langin
