My family, Bob and Hulda Wehrli, lived on the farm next to Harold's parents in Brisco. They purchased the farm from Harold's father in 1936. I remember Harold very well. He was always so willing to help my dad especially during harvest season. I have a letter that Harold wrote to my Dad during the war thanking my dad for helping out his family while he was overseas. Harold was so appreciative and he respected my dad so much... Dad kept the letter. The last time I saw Harold was at my parent's 50Th Wedding Anniversary in Brisco in 1986. To me, Harold looked and sounded like he did when I was a child ! Mom and Dad were so pleased to see him as were my sister, Ann, and I. My condolences to you all. Harold was always a kind true gentleman - whom many had great respect for - he made cranbrook rodeo so much fun - he worked hard and rodeo breakfasts with him and dick were always wonderful - so very sorry to hear of his passing - my sincere condolences -

My condolences to Harold's family. As a kid I worked with Harold at the Cranbrook stockyard and many years later got to go on a pack trip in the Flathead with him and Dick. One of my prized pictures is of me and Harold from that trip. Harold Brown
