Dear Pat & Family, We remember Denny as one of the most versatile athletes from Cranbrook. He was an all around gymnast from floor flips, walking on his hands, springboard, pommel horse, parallel bar and an "iron cross'" on the rings. He was a great hockey and ball player. Greatest of all was his sense of fair play and sportsmanship. We were so lucky to have known him for all these years. Our sincere sympathies. Pat & Dunc MacDonald

Barb and I are so sorry to hear about Dennis's passing. We had lunch with him and Pat at the Dairy Queen many times . He was a fantastic gymnast and had a fluid motion skating, whether playing hockey of refereeing. A really nice man. Our condolences to Pat and her family, he will be missed.
