Elaine had to be one of the most gracious, warm and friendly people I have ever known. And what a sense of humour! An elegant, smart, kind and enthusiastic soul to be sure! I feel honoured to have known Elaine through the NAN's book club for the 17 years that I have lived in Cranbrook. Elaine had such a bright personality, a big smile and such enthusiasm for any fun event we planned. We had several book club "road trips" over the years and I believe Elaine attended every one, she was always up for a new adventure. We will miss her ready laugh and smiling face at our meetings. RIP dear friend.
