I loved my Aunt Agnes and Uncle Ed, my Godparents. The memories over the years of we cousins growing up together will never be forgotten. So many similarities between our families…Agnes and Ed stood up for my parents wedding ceremony ( Mom was Agnes’ sister) and shortly after, my folks (Harold & Veronica), stood up for Agnes & Ed’s wedding ceremony. Each couple had 4 children, amazingly each child was born around the same time, giving us each a playmate as we grew up. The fact that all 4 of Agnes & Ed’s children live in the same city as their parents was such a rare testimony of the tight-knittedness of their family. To Sharlene, Rick, Shirley and Karalee….we send our deepest condolences and love to each of you….We cannot even imagine the huge void in your lives as you said goodbye to your Mom and now your Dad. We were so blessed to have had good family times together. Your folks are reunited—-taking your loving parents back to Minton where it all began for them completes their journey. Their deep love for each of you will remain in your hearts forever. We will miss them until we meet again….sending you all our heartfelt love….Uncle Harold, Aunt Fronie, Val, Bryan, Cindy, Sherryl & families xoxo
