I have many fond memories of Tony & Sharon visiting at my grandparents Pauline & Clarence Flowers. My dad told many stories of him and Tony having many boxing matches. My dad said they had a love hate relationship but had worked logging together North of Nut Mountain SK. My dad always said nobody was stronger than Tony, stating he was a big man! As a family we would go to Wilmer to visit the family that was so important to my father. I feel so very fortunate I was able to visit a few years ago, as Tony and Sharon, driving themselves, we couldn’t believe it!! They came to meet us for a visit at Wilmer to Melvin & Jean’s. Tony was smart as a whip with many humorous stories and life long moments he shared with us. Life is shorter than we think everyone is so busy working to make a living and before we know we are at the end. Tony definitely had lived his life to the fullest, his work was done, god took him home, may he rest in peace.

To Sharon, Debbie, Kenny and family, Please accept our condolences for the passing of your husband/dad. I remember Tony fondly up at the lake bugging me when Debbie and I would go swimming, or bumping into you and Tony at the mall and standing around for 1/2 hour catching up on what was happening with everyone. Ken & I bumped into Debbie this summer after she had moved you and Tony into the Kimbrook and stated that you both were doing well. I was sorry to hear this news and will always remember Tony with a smile on my face. If you can, have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. Sandra & Ken Martin

Tony…God gave us you for a time…what a blessing you have been to Heather and I. I will always remember your smiling face, sense of humour, sitting in your recliner at the back of KPC…you will always be remembered my friend. We were so blessed to know you…enjoy being free with the Lord, until we meet again…you are loved my brother, separated but never forgotten. My condolences to Tony's family. He was a lovely neighbour to have and he would answer questions about how to do anything. He always kept an eye on the neighbourhood kids and was an all round lovely guy. He will be missed.
