Russell and Frank and families: i was very saddended to hear of the loss of your mother. Your whole family (you included) were instrumental in allowing my mother to remain in her own home as long as she did. You ‘boys’ cut the grass and shovelled the snow. Your Dad repaired things and your Mom cooked and baked and most importantly visited with her, kept her company and did so many things for her that she no longer could do for herself. One of my favourite memories was answering the phone one day and it was your Mom. And in the background I could hear an ambulance siren. ‘What did she do now I said?’ Well they had heard her calling and found her on the ground with a broken ankle. And of course they called the ambulance and stayed with her until help arrived. Both your parents were just that kind of people. The kind that help others out without question or thought of payment. They just did. But you know that cause they raised you to be the same kind of people. My heartfelt thanks to all of you and my sincere condolances for this loss,

Russel, Frank and families - Deepest sympathy on the loss of your mom. Many years as neighbours and too many memories to count. Up until she went into Joseph Creek your mom would always stop to chat if I was out in the yard when she went for her walk. Harriatte was a lovely lady and will be fondly remembered. Linda
