I have many memories of Danny since I helped raise him (and his younger brother Kevin) when he was a young child.
I remember how much food he ate
I remember how he loved the tv show “the six million dollar man” & how he would re inact “Steve Austin” and while he would move in slow motion we would wrestle
I remember teaching him how to ride a bicycle and how on his first trip on his own up the street while he was looking back at us proud as punch he crashed into the rear end of Mr. Irvine’s car parked on the road..all prior to mandatory bike helmets which weren’t even invented back then around 1977
I remember teaching him how to ski, swim, throw a football, ice skate, play hockey, play baseball
But most of all I remember his smile, his genuine kindness and his love for everyone.
He was a very gentle, kind person who loved his wife Manaya and their daughter Michelle, husband Peter and their children who loved Danny as much as Danny loved them. Danny always wanted a family and he finally had one.
I have many more memories of my nephew Danny which are too many to mention as I would need many pages and at this time it is hard for me to digest that he is gone from this earth but he is & always be in my memories
Eric (his Uncle but I always said I didn’t want the title “Uncle”)
