As postmaster of Skookumchuck, BC for many years, I had the opportunity to meet Leon and get to know him. I always found him to be a gentleman. In my younger years the family bought hay from his fields as well. No matter the day, he had a smile to extend to anyone, thereby making your day just a bit better. I extend my heartfelt condolences to Judi, and the whole family.
