I’m so sorry to hear this sad news. Mel was such a great guy. I always considered him to be a good friend. It was a lot of fun to play hockey with him back in the day. Lots of great memories for sure. I also remember getting together with him and his brother Gord one evening for a couple glasses of wine. They had some great stories. I laughed so much that night. My deepest sympathies to Linda, Danny, Dwayne and families. He will be missed.

So sorry to hear this. Mel was a terrific person! We remember a Halloween Party years ago, at the Marysville Pub, where Mel dressed up as the Jolly Green Giant! Most humorous, adorable, lovable, giant of a man, in green tights! Sincere condolences Linda, Danny, Duane and family. He will be missed!
