Collin gave Sam and I one of our more memorable moments at our wedding. We had an open mic for a while and Collin stood up and gave Sam and I a very moving tribute. It was from the heart and we both hold that memory dear. It was a special moment on a special night for us and we will forever cherish the memory. Collin had a heart of gold and he was taken from us far to soon. Rest in Peace Collin Sam and Dave Lamb

Two memories stand out for me. Colin loved the Kootenay Ice Hockey team and when Colin was in middle school, where I taught, my family hosted a Kootenay Ice player by the name of Mike Busto. Every day, Colin would find me and ask where Mike was on that day. During that same time, Caity hung out with my daughter Allison. Sometimes when they were at Mallard’s house, Colin would not like what they were doing so he would threaten, “I call Ms Mayer!” This still makes me smile. No memory of Colin is complete without mentioning his warm smile, his laughter, his love of family and lastly, his love of the ladies!
