Dear Vickie. I am so sad to hear John that John has left us. I didn't know him as long as his other friends but John, for me, always made me feel we were long time friends. He was & will continue to be a very special man to many. God Bless you & your Family. :two_hearts:

I was so sorry to hear this sad news. John was a lovely man, and I remember working with him with fondness. He was kind, patient and gentle with his patients, and really seemed to listen when people spoke to him. My sincerest condolences to his wife Vickie and their children - I know this will leave a hole in your hearts.

We were shocked and so sad to hear about John's passing. I have known John for sooo long, since psychiatric nurse's training at Riverview! John and Vicki welcomed me back to the East Kootenays in 1977 and I've always felt that they were there for me even when we didn't see much of each other. This is a terrible loss for this family and we're so sorry.

I worked with John for many years at the Kimberley hospital. He was a very caring nurse, an excellent listener and advocate for his patients. He always talked about his family and I remember him telling me about the cabin he bought on a lake in Saskatchewan. He was a truly gentle man, condolences to his family.

I am saddened and shocked to hear of John's passing. I worked with him in both Kimberley and Cranbrook. He was a kind, caring and gentle soul and a wonderful nurse and co-worker.
